Your - Essential - Self

A Wordless Retreat into Stillness

 

It is in stillness that we become aware of our true, sacred, and essential Selves.
We warmly and enthusiastically invite you to the Your-Essential-Self Stillness Retreat.

Location: Martina Franca, (Puglia) Italy

 

“Stillness” does not necessarily mean “Silence”. In the beautiful countryside in sunny Italy, we will practice being at peace with the present moment.

We'll sing, dance, chant, meditate, have guided meditations and dynamic interactions--but we will stop normal conversations.

With the exception of one hour of (optional) sharing each morning and evening, THE WEEK WILL BE SPENT WITHOUT TALKING.

For six days, you will experience the joy of not having to excuse or explain yourself. You will discover, simply by slowing down in the glory of nature, the ecstasy of rejoicing in the miracle of the moment.

 

Note: All of the above activities are OPTIONAL. You may prefer to sleep late, ride a bicycle, relax by the pool, walk or sit alone in the sunshine.

 

Accommodations: comfortable two-person and three-person rooms at the beautiful Santa Maria del Sole retreat center in Southern Italy. We’ll be served by a lovable staff of openhearted people and expert cooks offering us delicious vegetarian Italian cuisine with fresh food direct from the garden and fields.

 

Cost: 1200,- EUR inclusive the retreat, food, and lodging (TE graduates or their partners: 1000,- EUR).

 

With help of the center we will also provide at no cost two shuttle buses from Bari airport to the center on the day the retreat begins…and two shuttles back to the airport on the day we end.

 

Since the center can only accommodate a total of 23 people, we have to organize this on a first-come-first-serve basis. So if you want to attend this retreat please respond to this invitation now.
